Ingredients

‎3 broccolis, cut to bite-sized pieces
‎½ cup cheddar cheese, finely grated
‎¼ cup toasted slivered almonds
‎6 rashers streaky bacon
‎⅔ cup mayonnaise
‎3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
‎1 tbsp Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper

Method

Whisk all the dressing ingredients together (mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper) and set aside.
Cut the bacon to matchsticks and fry until crispy, set aside.
‎Put the broccoli in the air fryer basket and set to “Steam” at 100°C for 15 minutes.
Once it’s done, plunge into cold water to stop the cooking process, then strain to dry.
‎In a large salad bowl add the broccoli, bacon, and cheese. Stir through the dressing and sprinkle the toasted almonds on top.
