IMPORTANT DELIVERY UPDATE - delays due to COVID-19
Please be advised that we are experiencing delivery delays and delays in receiving stocks from overseas. We sincerely apologise in advance if the product or accessory you are after is currently not in stock.
Most of our accessories are shipped from overseas. The usual ETA for this is 4-5 weeks from date of order. However, due to limited international flights and factories just starting to re-open, we are experiencing significant delays with our international shipments. For those who have ordered an accessory on or before 30 September 2020, please be advised that we are expecting the shipment to arrive late November 2020.
Once the item reaches the warehouse and ready for dispatch, an email notification will be sent with tracking information from our partner, Australia Post.
