The guarantee period in Australia for Small Domestic Appliances excluding our Linen Care Range is 1 Year. Linen Care products are covered by a guarantee period of 2 years. The Tefal 2-year guarantee covers domestic and private use only. For all other uses, it is limited to the 1-year Commercial guarantee.

How do I get my electrical product repaired when it is under guarantee?
If your Tefal product was purchased from a dealer of our brand, you may take the product to one of our repairers here or to the point of sale where you purchased it (or contact your dealer if purchased online).
How do I get my electrical product repaired when it is no longer within guarantee?
Take the product to one of our authorised repairers. You can find your nearest repairer here.

Cookware warranty and repairability
There are two possibilities within the guarantee:
Your product was purchased from a retailer of our brand: bring the product back to the point of sale where you purchased it (or contact your
retailer if you bought it online).
Your product was purchased on our website: in order to facilitate the processing of your request, please contact us via our contact form. You will need:
- proof of purchase
- photo of your product (inside and outside if necessary)
Cookware is not subject to repairability and therefore cannot be repaired.
What is an international guarantee?
It is a guarantee that allows you to benefit from all its advantages, regardless of the country of purchase of the product and of residence, in all the countries listed in the download above.
However, product guarantee periods may vary from one country to another. In this case, it is the country of purchase that must be taken into account to know the duration of the guarantee.
What is the 15 Year Fair Repair Commitment?
The lid of your Tefal appliance no longer closes and your appliance is no longer covered by the warranty? No need to buy the whole appliance again! You can order the cover in our Accessories Shop. This way you can enjoy your product for longer, and nature will thank you!
The cost of repair parts, as well as the availability of a network of authorised repairers to carry out repairs, are also part of our commitment to the repairability of our products for 15 years at a fair price.
