Steamed Pork Dumplings | Tefal Recipe

Tender pork and bok choy filling wrapped in delicate gow gee pastry, steamed to perfection. Serve warm with soy sauce and chilli oil for a delightful bite!

Ingredients

  • 3 baby bok choy, cleaned and trimmed
  • 500g pork mince
  • 1 tsp crushed garlic
  • 1 tsp crushed ginger
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 80g tofu
  • 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp Szechuan spice
  • 1 pack Gow Gee Pastry (30 pieces)

Method

  1. Install the Ultra Blade on your i-Companion XL.
  2. Add the bok choy and chop on speed 10 for 30 seconds.
  3. Add the pork, tofu, sesame oil, spices, seeds, garlic and ginger and set on speed 10 for 2 minutes.
  4. Place a heaped teaspoon of pork filling onto each gow gee pastry and dampen the outer edge of the fold to seal the dumpling. Repeat with the remaining filling.
  5. Insert the steam plate into the Tefal Easy Fry, Grill and Steam XXL Air Fryer basket, place the dumplings in, and select the STEAM mode for 10 minutes.
  6. Serve warm with soy sauce and chilli oil.
