Ingredients
- 225g self-raising flour
- 100g butter
- 100g caster sugar
- 230g canned pineapple chunks in juice
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp melted butter
- 1 tbsp pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup icing sugar
Method
- Mix the egg and milk and set aside
- On a separate bowl, combine flour and 100g of butter and mix until the mixture forms a crumb consistency
- Combine the sugar, pineapple and egg mixture and mix it well with a wooden spoon
- Transfer to a greased Tefal Air Fryer Accessory Cake Tin and bake at 170 ̊C for 35 minutes
- While baking, create the glaze by mixing together 1 tsp melted butter, 1 tbsp pineapple juice and ½ cup icing sugar
- Once baked, let rest for 15 minutes before topping with glaze and serving
