Tender chicken strips and mushrooms in a creamy mustard sauce, simmered to perfection. A rich and comforting dish that's sure to please.

Ingredients

  • 500 g chicken fillets
  • 200 g button mushrooms
  • 1 tsp of olive oil
  • Salt, pepper
  • 200 ml low-fat crème fraîche
  • 1 tsp wholegrain mustard
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 sprig fresh thyme

Method

  1. Cut the chicken into strips. Wash and chop the mushrooms.
  2. Heat the frying pan and wait until the Thermal-Signal has turned completely solid red. Pour in the oil and fry the seasoned chicken until golden.
  3. Add the mushrooms and fry with the chicken for 5 minutes while stirring regularly.
  4. Add the crème fraîche, 2 mustards and the thyme. Season to taste. Mix and leave to simmer for around 5 minutes, or until the chicken has cooked.
