Moussaka | Tefal Recipe

Savoury lamb, eggplants and tomatoes, pressure-cooked, then topped with eggs and cheese. Finished with a crispy golden crust. A hearty, delicious dish!

Ingredients

  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 500 g lamb mince
  • 700 g eggplants, cubed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 150 ml tomato passata
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • Grated Mozzarella cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Method

This recipe requires the Extra Crisp attachment with the Tefal Cook4Me Multicooker.

  1. Prepare the ingredients.
  2. Pour olive oil into the bowl.
  3. Stir fry the onion. Add the lamb and garlic and cook until brown.
  4. Add the eggplants and tomatoes and stir well.
  5. Pressure cook for 8 min.
  6. Pour the beaten eggs on top and sprinkle with cheese.
  7. Install the Extra Crisp lid and start the Grill #2 program (15 min at 200°C).
