Ingredients

  • 500g Lamb Mince
  • 1/2 onion finely diced
  • 2 tsp crushed garlic
  • 2 Tbsp fresh chopped coriander
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 2 tsp coriander
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp crushed black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

For the Sauce:

  • 1 Cup Greek Yoghurt
  • 1 Tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp crushed garlic
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 Tbsp fresh chopped coriander
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 80g crumbled Feta
  • salt and pepper

Method

  1. For the Koftas, mix all ingredients well, ensuring the spices and herbs are well incorporated.
  2. Divide the mince into 8 portions and thread each onto a skewer.
  3. Air fry at 190°C for 12 minutes.
  4. For the sauce blend all ingredients together, taste and season. Serve with the Koftas.

Tips: If preferred, swap out the coriander for chopped fresh mint.
