Herb Crusted Leg of Lamb

Ingredients

  • 1.6 kg lamb leg
  • 70 g breadcrumbs
  • 7 g salt
  • 2 tbsp oregano
  • 2 tbsp thyme
  • 6 cl olive oil

Method

  1. Prepare the cracker. Mix all the ingredients in a recipient and set aside.
  2. Place the leg without the cracker in the Tefal Air Fryer and cook for 40min at 160°C.
  3. Remove the leg and spread the cracker over the top of the leg, pressing down firmly.
  4. Place the leg back in the air fryer and cook for 1 hour at 160°C.
  5. Serve immediately.
