Easy lemon chicken and rice

Ingredients

  1. Prepare the ingredients.
  2. Pour the oil into the cooking pan.
  3. Brown the chicken and set aside.
  4. Add the onion, garlic and spices. Add the cabbage and mix together. Put the chicken in. Add the rice and the lemon juice. Pour in the water.
  5. Pressure cooking: 8 min
  6. Serve immediately.

Method

  • 1 tbsp of olive oil
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 onion, peeled and chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, peeled and chopped
  • 1 tsp of turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp of paprika
  • 1 pinch of saffron powder
  • 100 g chopped white cabbage
  • 1 squeezed lemon
  • 200 g long grain rice
