Ingredients

  • 165 g dark chocolate
  • 100 g soft butter
  • 60 g pecans
  • 80 g brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 0,5 tsp vanilla extract
  • 40 g plain flour
  • 18 mini chocolate eggs
  • 6 small decorative chicks
  • Icing sugar

Method

  1. In a recipient, melt the chocolate and butter in a bain-marie or in the microwave. Coarsely crush the pecans.
  2. In a large recipient, whisk together the eggs, brown sugar and vanilla extract for 5 minutes until frothy and smooth. Gently fold the chocolate and melted butter mixture into the frothy mixture while continuing to whisk.
  3. Stir the flour into the mixture, then add half the chopped pecans and mix gently with a flexible spatula.
  4. Use a 20 cm diameter tart tin. Cut a circle of greaseproof paper the size of the base of the buttered tin. Place it in the tin, then pour in the brownie batter and sprinkle with the remaining pecans.
  5. Place the tin in a Tefal Air fryer and cook for 22min at 160°C.
  6. Leave to cool, then remove the brownie from the mould. Remove the greaseproof paper. Decorate your brownie with the eggs and chicks and sprinkle with icing sugar. Serve cold.
