20-Minute Prawns with Tomato Rice

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsps of olive oil
  • 300 g raw peeled prawns
  • 3 garlic clove, peeled and chopped
  • 360 g Arborio rice
  • 3 tbsps of tomato paste
  • 600 g chopped tomatoes
  • 3 tbsps lemon juice
  • 90 cl vegetable stock
  • 60 g butter, cut into cubes
  • 60 g rinsed and dried rocket

Method

  1. Prepare the ingredients.
  2. Pour the oil into the Cook4me.
  3. Cook the prawns. Set aside. Put the garlic in the cooking pan and sweat. Add the rice and mix together.
  4. Add the tomato paste, crushed tomatoes and the lemon juice. Mix. Pour in the stock.
  5. Pressure cooking: 11 min
  6. Add the butter and the prawns to reheat them. Serve with rocket.
