  • 900 g salmon fillets with the skin left on
  • 6 tbsps of olive oil
  • 3 tbsps of tamari
  • 1 tbsp of black sesame
  • 1 cauliflower
  • A dash of sesame oil
  • Water

1. Rinse the fish and place it in a dish. Mix the tamari and black sesame in olive oil then pour over the fish. Place in the fridge for 30 minutes.

2. Cut the cauliflower into small florets. Wash them.

3. Place the cauliflower and marinated fish in the steam basket covered with baking paper. Pour 700 ml of water into the bowl, then close the lid.

4. Place the steam cooker accessory on the lid and start the programme on Steamed dishes P1 for 30 minutes.

5. After cooking, put the fish on a serving plate while making sure to retain the liquid, then serve with the cauliflower. Drizzle with sesame oil.
