Put the butter into the Mixing bowl with the Kneading/crushing blade attachment. Lock the lid with the cap and set on Speed 4 at 80°C for 3 minutes.
Add the biscuits, broken into 2 pieces. Lock the lid with the cap and set it to Speed 12 for 20 seconds.
Line the bottom of a springform pan (or circular mould) with this mixture. Put it in the fridge for 10 minutes.
Place the mixer bowl in the fridge for 30 minutes. In the meantime, hull the strawberries, then wash and slice them.
Pour the cold whipping cream into the mixer bowl with the Whisk. Lock the lid with the cap and set on Speed 8 for 5 minutes.
Add the cream cheese and icing sugar. Lock the lid with the cap and set it to Speed 8 for 2 minutes.
Pour half of the mixture into the springform pan then add a layer of strawberries. Pour the remaining mixture into the springform pan and chill for at least 4 hours. Before serving, add the remaining strawberries on top.
Optional: Sprinkle with crushed pistachios
