1. Mix the peanut butter with the soy sauce, sugar, the lemon juice and zest and the chilli sauce.
2. Fill the tank with water. Insert the standard plate into the bowl and place the broccoli and prawns onto the plate. Set the STEAM mode for 15 minutes.
3. At the end of the programme, remove the plate. Remove 90 ml of the cooking juices and add to the peanut sauce to create a creamy mixture. Serve this sauce with the broccoli and prawns, sprinkled with crushed peanuts.
