Add the yeast to the water and stir to activate. Let it rest for a few minutes.
Then, add the flour, salt and oil and knead until smooth.
Cover and let rest in a warm place for 40 minutes, or until the dough has risen and doubled in size.
Roll out the dough on a floured surface to 40cm by 60 cm.
Spread pizza sauce over the sheet of dough
Sprinkle with cheese, oregano, and add your favourite toppings.
Roll the dough into a log and slice into 8 discs
Grease the Tefal accessories pizza dish and arrange the scrolls to fill the pan
Sprinkle with a little extra cheese on top
Bake at 160 ̊C for 15 minutes
