Ingredients

  • 225g self-raising flour
  • 100g butter
  • 100g caster sugar
  • 230g canned pineapple chunks in juice
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup icing sugar

Preparation

Mix the egg and milk and set aside

On a separate bowl, combine flour and 100g of butter and mix until the mixture forms a crumb consistency

Combine the sugar, pineapple and egg mixture and mix it well with a wooden spoon

Transfer to a greased Tefal Air Fryer Accessory Cake Tin and bake at 170 ̊C for 35 minutes

While baking, create the glaze by mixing together 1 tsp melted butter, 1 tbsp pineapple juice and ½ cup icing sugar

Once baked, let rest for 15 minutes before topping with glaze and serving
