Ingredients

  • 4 large Portobello mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp chopped olives
  • 2 tbsp chopped feta cheese
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • 80g melted garlic butter

Preparation

Prepare the mushrooms by removing the stems and discarding. Then, spray mushrooms with olive oil

In a bowl, mix the panko and parmesan together

In another bowl, mix the olives and feta with the herbs

Spoon panko and parmesan mixture in two of the mushrooms

Spoon olive and feta mixture into the remaining two mushrooms

Melt the garlic butter and spoon it over the mushrooms

Air fry at 200 ̊C for 10 minutes and serve.
