1. Place the noodles in a bowl of boiling water. Leave for 5 minutes and then. Cut the carrots and courgettes into very fine strips. Chop the mushrooms and garlic and grate the ginger.
2. Put a large piece of baking paper into a dish. Put the vegetables and noodles on top. Pour on the soy sauce and mix together. Add the fish pieces and mussels and seal the baking paper.
3. Fill the water tank. Insert the standard plate into the appliance. Place the dish in the cooking bowl and set the STEAM mode for 20 minutes.
4. Once cooked, remove the dish. Open the parcels, sprinkle with chopped spring onions and serve.
