Make the Char Siu sauce by combining sugar, salt, Chinese 5 Spice, white pepper, sesame oil, rice wine, soy sauce, Hoisin sauce, honey, molasses, and crushed garlic in a blender. Blend until well mixed and set aside.
Cut the pork fillet (or shoulder) to bite sized pieces
Marinade the pork in the sauce overnight (or for at least 8 hours)
Start the Grill program for 15 minutes
Thread the pork, pineapple and capsicum onto skewers
When the grill has finished pre-heating, place skewers in air fryer and cook at 200 ̊C for 12 minutes, turning halfway.
Serve hot
