Ingredients

  • 3 large apples, cored and quartered
  • 2 ripe plums, cored and quartered
  • ¼ cup caster sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Juice of an orange
  • Zest of an orange
  • 100g cold butter
  • ½ cup wholemeal flour
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup almond meal
  • 1/3 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1 tsp salt

Preparation

Place the cored and quartered apples in the air fry basket and set to steam at 100 ̊C for 15 minutes

Remove and place the apples in a large bowl

Add the plums, caster sugar, vanilla, juice and zest, and mix to combine

Pour the mixture into the Accessories Pack cake tin and allow to rest for 10 minutes

In another bowl, add all the crumble ingredients together - cold butter, wholemeal flour, brown sugar, rolled oats, almond meal, desiccated coconut, and salt.

With your hands, rub ingredients into the butter to form a crumb (No lumps of butter should be seen)

Spoon the crumble on top of the apple ensuring an even spread

Set to “Air Fry” for 10 minutes at 190 ̊C or until the crumble is golden brown

Serve hot or cold with ice cream
